Position Responsibilities

  • Procure clients using Homie’s incredible value proposition, manage client needs, and monitor interested properties on MLS
  • Help sellers complete necessary steps to get their property listed on the MLS and other sites
  • Assisting customers from start to finish in successfully Buying and Selling property
  • Demonstrate outstanding Lead Engagement practices
  • Serve as a conduit for sales lead generation
  • Provide process improvement ideas for both Buy and Sell
  • Be an outstanding representation of the Homie brand
  • Ability to work autonomously requiring very little supervision to perform effectively

Job Qualifications

  • Current active license in the market you are applying to work in
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to negotiate and complete contracts
