Our Goal
We are on a mission to simplify the customer experience and dramatically reduce the costs of buying or selling a home. We save Homie sellers $10,000 on average and refund up to $2,500 to our buyers. For many, this is a life-changing amount of savings. It’s inspiring to see what customers have done with the money saved.
Homie decided it's time to take it a step further and begin using the massive savings to help the communities we already serve. That’s where Homie Helps comes in. We’re on a mission to donate hundreds of thousands of dollars each year to benefit local non-profits. To accomplish this, Homie makes it easy for customers to donate 1% of their savings or $100 to a non-profit partner of their choice. This is a small part of the difference between what they pay Homie and what they would have paid a traditional real estate agent. Homie is proud to match this donation dollar for dollar.*

Homie believes creating change starts in our local communities. Non-profits local to Utah and Arizona have been selected as beneficiaries of Homie Helps. These non-profits have areas of focus that include: homelessness, housing, emergency relief, child welfare, and animal welfare.
How to Donate
When you buy or sell with Homie, you’ll have the opportunity to donate $100 or 1% of your savings to a non-profit partner of your choice from our list of Homie Helps non-profits. Homie will match your donation dollar for dollar.
